Community Behavioral Health Clinic
Endeavor Health Services was filmed in October 2025 for an upcoming segment of the Public Television program All Access with Andy Garcia, which highlights the essential role of community in fostering emotional wellness and behavioral health. The segment introduces viewers to Endeavor’s integrated, person-centered model of care, including services such as peer support, case management, and psychosocial rehabilitation.
With more than 50 years of experience serving Western New York, Endeavor’s work emphasizes early intervention, connection, and the power of community in supporting recovery. The feature also explores timely topics such as youth mental health, social isolation, and the importance of building resilience through proactive care and human connection.
All Access with Andy Garcia is a Public Television program dedicated to showcasing the stories behind innovative organizations and their contributions across industries. Hosted by acclaimed actor Andy Garcia, the program provides engaging content designed to inform and inspire a wide audience. Endeavor Health Services was selected to be featured for our work in expanding access to integrated, person-centered behavioral health care across Western New York.
Elizabeth Mauro, LCSW-R
As President and CEO of Endeavor Health Services, Elizabeth Mauro brings over two decades of leadership and direct clinical experience to the agency’s mission. A passionate advocate for accessible behavioral health care, Liz began her career at Endeavor as an intern and now leads the organization with a clear focus on integrated, person-centered services. In the All Access segment, she shares insight on Endeavor’s growth, its commitment to innovation, and the role of strong community partnerships in advancing long-term wellness. Liz also reflects on the urgent mental health challenges facing youth today and highlights Endeavor’s work to meet these needs through early intervention, connection, and community-based care.

Integrated, Whole-Person Care
Mental health and substance use services are delivered together through a coordinated, person centered approach, including screening, assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning.
Crisis Response & Ongoing Support
24/7 crisis services and outpatient care provide immediate support while ensuring continuity through counseling, psychiatric rehabilitation, and long term recovery services.
Coordinated Medical & Behavioral Health Care
Clinicians, case managers, nursing, and psychiatry work collaboratively to coordinate care, connect individuals to resources, and provide primary care screening, medication assisted treatment, and ongoing health monitoring.
Peer, Family & Community Based Support
Peer support specialists and family focused services offer guidance, connection, and advocacy, helping individuals build support systems and navigate their recovery journey.
Amanda Bartz, LCSW-R
Amanda Bartz serves as Endeavor’s Vice President of Clinical Operations, providing strategic oversight of program development, quality assurance, and service delivery across the organization. She began her career at Endeavor working directly with children, adolescents, and families, experience that continues to inform her commitment to reducing barriers to care and expanding access to effective, equitable treatment. With a strong background in trauma-informed care and systems coordination, Amanda plays a key role in advancing Endeavor’s integrated model of care. In this feature, she offers a behind-the-scenes perspective on the agency’s work to support youth, families, and underserved populations, highlighting how Endeavor’s approach fosters resilience and sustainable outcomes from the ground up.
Dr. Sanjay Gupta, MD
As Endeavor’s Medical Director, Dr. Sanjay Gupta provides critical psychiatric leadership and guidance on clinical best practices. He plays a central role in bridging behavioral health and medical care, ensuring that services remain both evidence-based and holistic. His participation in All Access underscores the importance of early intervention, collaborative treatment planning, and culturally competent care as foundations for community wellness.
In addition to his leadership at Endeavor, Dr. Gupta serves as Chief Medical Officer of BryLin Hospital in Buffalo and holds academic appointments in psychiatry at SUNY Upstate Medical University and the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. A nationally recognized psychiatrist and published researcher, he has authored more than 150 peer-reviewed articles and has held leadership roles within prominent professional psychiatric organizations. Throughout his career, Dr. Gupta has remained focused on strengthening systems of care and advancing treatment approaches that improve outcomes for individuals and families.
