Endeavor Health Services is preparing to move down the street from 1131 Broadway St. to our newly constructed facility at 1420 Broadway St. in Buffalo, NY.
Beginning Monday, October 26, 2026, appointments and services currently provided at 1131 Broadway St. will take place at 1420 Broadway St. The final day of services at 1131 Broadway St. will be Thursday, October 22, 2026.
The new facility will offer a welcoming and accessible environment designed to better support the people, families, and communities we serve. It will also allow Endeavor to expand access to mental health and substance use services in the Broadway-Fillmore community.
Although our location is changing, our commitment to your care remains the same.

PARKING: Parking is available in the lot behind the building or on nearby streets.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: NFTA Metro Route 4 – Broadway stops about a two-minute walk from the facility. The closest stops are at Broadway and Miller Avenue, Krupp Avenue, and Brownell Street. Route 19 riders can exit at Bailey Avenue and Broadway, then walk west on Broadway for approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Metro Rail riders can transfer to Route 4 near Lafayette Square Station.
