The Walk-In Center at EAST Haven
A drop in crisis de-escalation center for all crises scenarios

De-escalation and crisis management for all types of crises, from behavioral health to social determinants of health.

Each person new to Endeavor signs required consents and may start intake paperwork.

All are provided with a behavioral health assessment.

Care coordination and linkage to necessary, identified services.
